Would you trust these guys with your enterprise?
Apparently there are some rather strange traditions at VMWare.
Would you betrust your enterprise datacenter to these guys? I know I would, as I do, but make your own call. ;-)

Absolutely. I’d pick them over a larger, potentially more professional, organization every time.
It’s all about the personality and the service you’re going to get from the company, regardless of the size of your implementation. I would feel more confident that these guys are going to give a damn whether their software actually meets my needs, rather than simply trying to sell me on the next upgrade.

I would also. There is a lot to be said about corporate culture. If they have fun together like this I am sure they have great brain storming sessions as well. Tight lipped, tight colored corporate America can lose its way quite easily. Gotta keep it easy going!

Thats my point too, people who have fun at work probably perform better than those who slave away day out and day in without being able to fool around like this.
