Gallery 2.2 RC1 is now available for download! This is the first of two release candidates before Gallery 2.2 will be complete.

New Features Include:

• 1. Downloadable Plugins.
• 2. Added support for themes to display dynamic albums.
• 3. Watermarking changes
• 4. New themes: Carbon and Ajaxian
• 5. New WebDAV module to mount Gallery as network device on your computer.
• 6. New module to send Ecards.
• 7. New Digibug module for prints from digibug.com.
• 8. Added support for Flash Video and Windows ASF video.
• 9. Photo auto-rotation based on camera sensors or on settings from other applications.

Gallery 1.5.5 is now available for download. This is primarily a bug fix release, fixing a handful of bugs reported by users and some discovered by our testing team. Even though this release contains no security fixes, it's still recommend that all users of Gallery 1.5.4 and earlier upgrade to this release to be as bug free as possible. You can download 1.5.5 from the Gallery 1 download page on SourceForge. Upgrade instructions are available on the documentation site.

Gallery 1.5.4 is now available for download. This release is a pure bug fix release. No security bugs and no new features. Besides minor bugfixes the most annoying bug, the broken permission dialog, was fixed.

We recommend all Gallery 1 users upgrade to 1.5.4 to avoid problems. You can download Gallery 1.5.4 from the Gallery Download Page.

Gallery 2.1.1

is now available for download! This bugfix release resolves problems with Postgres7, Oracle and DB2. It also includes minor bugfixes for the imageblock module and fixes some very rare permission issues in the toolkit (archiveupload, dcraw, ffmpeg, imagemagick, netpbm, zipcart) modules.

New in this release is the Gallery2 Preinstaller. This nifty tool is a tiny download that will download and unpack Gallery2 on your server for you -- saving you tons of download and upload time. This is very useful if you're using ftp.

Download 2.1.1 now and if you have problems, please report them in the Gallery 2 forums!

Gallery 1.5.3

is now available for download. This release is primarily a bug fix release, but it also includes an important security fix. The fixes:

• Security: Not all user input was correctly sanitized for JavaScript injection. (Thanks to Aditya Mooley at adityamooley@sanisoft.com for reporting this and giving us plenty of time to fix it!)
• HTML is allowed again in various places. (title, caption, comments)
• Weird space around images inside the border that appeared in 1.5.2 is gone.
• Proper order of items when uploaded in IE and Opera.
• Language Mode 2 works again.
• Several other minor things.

We recommend all Gallery 1 users upgrade to 1.5.3 to keep their Gallery as secure as possible. Download Gallery 1.5.3 from the Gallery Download Page.
