Steal a logo. Print a Logo. What do you do?
Brian Veloso of Avalonstar has had his logo ripped, placed on a web page and even used in the printed letterhead of a german company. Check out the flickr images and comments.
What would you do in such a situation?Post metadata

Un-freakin-believalbe!
I agree with the comments over at Flickr though. They probably hired some shady designer and the company’s totally clueless.
I experienced the same thing with a web design of mine a while back. You think you’re paying for something [at least] somewhat unique… you find out later on that isn’t the case.
Best of luck to Brian in resolving this.
PS: I love being the first to hit a post! :)

Depending on how much he’s got invested in his own logo, I’d try and get myself a new logo and a crapload of money.
