The guys over at Dreamhost are now offering a one-click install of Gallery 2. Way to go!
I don't know if they offer a one-click install of Wordpress, but I'm betting they do. The next logical step would be to install WPG2 as well, if the customer has both Wordpress and Gallery 2 installed?
Also, if Dreamhost is interested, the Gallery team would like to see how you set up this little gizmo.

Actually DH offers one-click for the following:
WordPress Weblog (latest) - wordpress.org
phpBB Forum (v2.0.17) - phpbb.com
Advanced Poll (v2.03) - proxy2.de (does NOT work with PHP5!)
osCommerce Store (v2.2m2) - oscommerce.com (does NOT work with PHP5!)
MediaWiki Wiki (v1.4.5) - wikipedia.sourceforge.net
Mambo (Joomla!) CMS (v4.5.2.3) - opensourcematters.org
Gallery Image Album (v2.0) - gallery.menalto.com
I love them in SO many ways.

Sounds like a pretty sweet deal. I have no experience with them whatsoever, but sounds like good bundle!

Hey! I'm a happy DH customer too, and I just spent an hour installing Gallery 2. I wish I'd known about the one-click. I had to do some hacking (mostly with paths) to get it to play nice with WP, though. Have you had any luck getting full integration using the WPG2 plugin? Thanks!

I have, on my test install. Haven't been able to find the time yet to do it live. I will soon, I promise :-)
