A while back I was invited to participate in a closed beta for a new enterprise P2V tool codenamed Humboldt. Sadly I didn't really have time to participate properly, but I did give one of the early beta's a quick run and it performed really well. The product is now available for download and a trial run from the Invirtus website.
VMware has also announced that VMware Converter 3.0 is out of Beta as well.
