Habari 0.3 DR Released

Finally a new Habari release. As before, it's still "just" a developer preview release but a release is still a release where I come from.

Be sure to check out Chris J. Davis post about the release (also check out his front page that has a pretty spiffy Habari banner), as well as the official announcement.

This site already runs the 0.3 version, and has in effect done so quite a while now. After all, some of us like living on the SVN edge of things.
