CoComment enabling Habari

While working on my much delayed Habari migration, I decided I wanted to coComment enable my theme. coComment is currently in the process of launching v2 of their service so this seems like a good time to get it integrated into my still-in-progress migration tasks. After looking at the coComment integration documentation, I ended up with creating a cocomment.js file in my themes javascript folder, and then I include it in my themes entry.single.php file. The Habari specific cocomment.js looks like this (you may have to tweak the formID, textareaID and buttonID values to match the ones in your own specific theme):
